We follow your instructions on how to handle your account. Our Communication Specialist go through an extensive training program to ensure efficiency.  They review audio and visual educational material and receive one-on-one training with members of our senior staff before they ever handle a call.  A true team spirit thrives within our company and it is reflected in the long-term relationship we have developed with our existing clients.

Question: How do we get our messages?
Answer: By fax, e-mail, dispatch or you can call in and retrieve your messages.
Question: How long will it take you to set up an account for me?
Answer: Once we have obtained your information, we can begin to set up your account in 15 minutes. (it may take additional time to input all of your account information.)
Question: Are all calls answered with a live voice?
Answer: Yes.  There is never a recording or automated voice answering your phone lines. 
Question: How do you handle my emergencies?
Answer: You provide us with detailed information on how you want emergencies handled. We will not stop calling until we relay your emergency to a "live" person that you have designated.  We take pride in the fact that we have never failed a client during an emergency. 
Question: What are your operating hours?
Answer: We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Question: Why is a live voice” better than an automated system?
Answer: Statistics show that 31% of callers rarely to never leave a message on a recorder. Providing a “live voice” to answer your phone will enable you to act on potential business.
Question: How often am I billed?
Answer: We bill once a month, every 30 days.
Question: Can you charge my credit card?
Answer: Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Each month we will send you an invoice and a receipt showing charges to your credit card.
Question: How do I get my phones switched to you so you can answer?
Answer: We assign a number that you can give out to your callers or you can forward your lines. You must have the call forwarding feature through your telephone service provider.
